Need source for waste gate diaphragm

I've done it many times, always in the car.  I just jam the mondo
screwdriver between the housing and the plate/cup that holds the diaphragm.
This stops the cup from spinning and tearing the diaphragm.

It's not taking one out that matters usually, but putting the new
one in.
