Definitely. It'll also contribute to a warped manifold. If you didn't
replace the exhaust studs when you replaced the manifold you're in
for trouble. You're going to need to pull the manifold, probably by
pulling the head first, and replace the studs, then get the manifold
checked for flatness. Chances are it isn't flat, and probably has a
crack somewhere in it.
