Yes and no, CIS is quite linear in its delivery, bigger injectors would require a recalibration of the fuel dist., or overly rich conditions may occur-this is even the case with EFI, injector size is always critical to how fuel is delivered.

Of course, if the injectors were not that much bigger, it is possible that closed loop operation could make up the difference.  I have not heard of too many people doing this and actually being successful, the best option really is to start adding additional EFI injectors IMO.
