Interesting Homebrew Octane site

I guess that the best octane booster for the 10vT engine is xylene. From
other sources I have heard that it makes the mixture easier to ignite, a
nice feature when you are stuck with a distributor.

I have tried a 10% mixture of race methanol, I don't recommend it. But
everything got back to normal after using some diesel and two stroke oil at
the next fillup. The CIS is to sensitive for methanol.
