Suspect trapezoidal arm bushings. You can buy them from TPC and have them
pressed in by a local machine shop. Not hard to swap them out if the bolts
aren't frozen by corrosion.

Subject: Clunking, now from the rear!
I have fixed the front end clunk, but when the loud clunk disappeared,
I discovered a new noise, this time from the rear suspension. I
checked out exhaust mounts, they are OK. Both transverse links are
brand new. I guess some bushings are bad. What bushings tend to go bad
first? The clunk appears when going over bumps, not when I brake or
let go of the gas..
