Missing boost and by passing

Hi

Put just today a mechanical boost gauge to my
( new for me ) car, (´90 100 tqw, with 10v MC,
with not working drive computer, no boost or fuel
measuring, only km:s and hours ) I found there only
0.3 bar boost, disconnected the FV -same result,
so it is working with only the base pressure.
All connections and FV seem to be ok.

Please, any good ideas:

#1 Knocksensor(s)?
#2 ECU malfunction, related to comp errors?
#3 FV ( all I checked, was to measure the coil )?

I was planning to raise the boost to 0.85 by moding
the MAC, but if there are problems with the WGFV
controlling, maybe I´ll take the manual way:

- stiffer spring for WG
- manipulating the the boost to the ECU >0.6

Because that 10v car seems to have potential:

- only 100 kmiles and nice condition of the engine
- 20v´s turbo (K24) and IC

I would love to upgrade it a little, but I guess it needs
a by pass too. So I´m asking any BTDT:s where to
make the connections. I was planning to make it
between IC intake pass and turbo intake pipe´s
upper side. Ok?

TIA
j-pm
