ur-q question

UrQs from 1981 to 1989 have 10V turbos, and 1990 models have the 20V.
Since the UrQ was only officially imported to the US for model years 1983
through 1985, all the US models have the 10V engine (unless, of course,
if the owner did an engine transplant).
