Torque specs for 87 4kq "idler pully"

Hello list
I just replaced the idler pully on my '87 4kq and can not find the torque 
spec for the center bolt in the bentley.

I called the local Audi dealership to see if they could tell me what it was 
and they could not help me (Lewis Motors of S. Burlington, VT, gotta love 
em.....NOT)

Can anyone on the list tell me how tight that bolt should be or tell me 
where they hide that darn thing in the bentley manual?
