4kq Valve float?

I get an occasional buzzing (not quite clatter) from the engine when I rev 
hard up hill and corner (>4500 rpm). The oil level is fine and I'm not 
getting the oil light or buzzer. The lifters are new and silent. Engine has 
150,000 miles on original valve train.

The noise goes away if I lift off for a bit (which I do immediately). Is 
this valve float?
