Non Working Rear Caliper

Since I am waiting for a little oil line adapter and exhaust outlet I
decided to solve any other issues with the car since it is in the air.
Finally got the downpipe out and modified it to fit the flexible temporary
downpipe for the turbo. Then I went over to the driver's rear caliper
because it seemed to be sticking. I sprayed the return spring and worked
it, no problem, but it didn't seem to do anything to the caliper when I hand
cranked it, though when I yanked on the e-brake handle it did lock the
wheel. So I pulled the caliper off and checked the guide pins, working
fine. I played with the spring again and it had no visible effect on the
piston. Turned the piston clockwise and pushed it in a bit. Reinstalled
and stomped on the brake pedal to get it to sit. The pedal sank a bit and
then came back brick hard. Checked the rear caliper and noticed the pads
are no where near the rotor anymore, the pistons hasn't pushed back out at
all it seems. Cranked the e-brake and it does nothing on that side now, not
sticking, just does nothing and goes much higher. What's going on here?

I also played with the bias valve at the passenger's rear side to see if
there was a problem there, doesn't look like it. When I have the car back
on the ground will the bias valve allow the pedal to get that piston fluid,
is the bias valve closing off all pressure back there because the wheels are
off the ground?

Thanks!
