try measuring the current drawn by the starter - or at least what the
fuse box voltage drops to when cranking.
your starter may be at fault, rendering other systems inoperable 'cause
there is not enough juice left to run them.
if you have the third wire on your starter (feeds back to a few things
like the ECu and fuel pump when cranking) check to see if it is still
attached.
