Good and You don´t even need that chip. That
thing has only a remapped ignition timing, so
it is more useless than chips for engines that
have fully ECU controlled fuel system. 

I guess Your 2.3 is NG with FEI, that means you
can advance ignition timing manually for couple of 
degrees after You have made those other mods
to Your car. ( but no more low octane gas )

You can expect some 150-160 Hp. There is one
question still left, when I had N/A 10v some time
ago I couldn´t find a 5 cyl header anywhere. You
have a source for them? If not, there are, I think, 
two possibilities: older 5-3-1 is better than newer
5-2 one. Another is to make a one. Older ´89 20v
engines had a very nice header, it doesn´t fit 10v
straight, but I believe it can be modified, or used
as a model?
