Part number for seat foam?

Hello,
I would like to order new foam for a set of leather seats I purchased from
Mr. Semple.  I am going to have some of the stitching redone, and the seats
re-dyed, so I figured since I am working on them anyhow, I wanted to get
them done right.  The foam is a dealer item, but I don't have the part
number.  I was just planning on replacing the bottom section, as that seems
to be the part that wears out.  Anyone able to help out here?  The seats are
leather heated seats from a 86' 4kcsq.
