Timing Belt part #

Hi everyone,
I just stopped by the local Audi dealer to find out the price of a
timing belt for and '89 100. I was quoted $16.75 with this part #
034-109-119. Is this correct?? I thought the timing belt would have cost
more like $70-80+ which is why I want to make sure this is the correct
part number. Next I went to service and they quoted me between $450-500
to change it saying its about a 5 hr job. I know its a hassel having
followed some of the threads but is 5hrs realistic for an Audi dealer
mechanic or would that be more realistic for a novice?
