*sigh* HID lights under attack

If anything, one thing I noticed with the Xenon HIDs on my S4 is that
the stock aiming is quite conservatively low. There is a flat cutoff
in the light pattern similar to Euro H4s, but there are three distinct
"steps" in the level of the cutoff across, with the lowest on the driver's
side. The cutoff is a bit too low on that side, IMHO. I am sure it
won't blind oncoming drivers, but I would've preferred a little more
lit distance there. Also, despite the higher cutoff on the passenger side,
it doesn't angle-up like it does with the H4, so street signs aren't as
well lit as with the H4s. Sure, the Xenons are nice, but no nicer than
my 4000 with its 90/100W H4/H1 Euros running with a relay harness and
a nice Avi Meron high-output alternator.
