control arms, lets fix the problem

This is the approach I used to get Audi Canada to pay for my S4 fuel line
replacement, Seth. They too "knew nothing" about S4/S6 fuel line failures at
Audi Customer Service. I polled the list and assembled a list of people who
had the line replaced for free. After much screaming, yelling, and dire
threats, Audi did the right thing and paid up. I think the precedents are
what tipped the scales. I also got Transport Canada to issue a safety recall
of the fuel lines. You can try that approach with the NHSTA - they may be
interested in suspension component failure. They are definitely interested
in fuel line leaks.
