S4 clutch on CQ flywheel??

Are the clutch and pressure plate of 92-95 S4 will fit and work properly
with '90 coupe quattro flywheel since they have same diameter (240mm)??
The reason I'm asking that Centerforce stated that they make the dual
friction clutch set for 92-95 Audi S4 but they did not know if it would
work in coupe quattro.
