Nope,  just dump it in with the coolant, no need to flush it.  I put 
a bottle in a couple months ago just for kicks; didn't notice much of 
a difference, since temps on a 200q20v can be all over the place with 
the weather, driving conditions, etc. mostly because the car barely 
has enough cooling capacity(esp with a chip.)

Some racers put it in with plain distilled water.  Not recommended at 
all, for a lot of obvious reasons.

The focus for all should be on changing the coolant at the proper 
intervals, and maintaining the proper mix...then mess with things 
like water wetter :-)
