Not quite true. I've driven properly aligned e-code lamps on a variety of
cars for about 25 years, and there are some instances where you will catch
someone in your bright spot...over the crest of a hill, occasionally while
overtaking, etc.

Hmm. I've wanted to electrify, at least temporarily, a few monkey lads I've
encountered.
