Bob, get a PayPal account for this - overseas Q-lister sends money from
his/her credit card, card is charged in local currency, you get paid in US
Dollars directly into your bank account.

www.PayPal.com. No affiliation, but I have found this extremely useful for
cross-border "micropayments".
