ETKA

I've done a search thru the archives for ETKA, and I have a couple of
questions:

1) Does it consist of data that can be viewed via applications under
different operating systems, or is it a freestanding program that needs
to run under a particular OS? This is important for me because I'm
running OS/2 on my computer.

2) Is there somewhere I can get it on CD-ROM? I understand it to be a
Herculean d/l even w/a broadband connection, and I'm poking along at
28.8k.
