help, cooling fan running backwards

You must have managed to put the connector on backwards - they shouldn't
be able to do that since they are "keyed" - if there is still a
connector and not just two wires with terminals... in which case of
course they simply have to be swapped with each other.  If there are
three you may have to experiment for the correct arrangement (I think
turning AC on will make the fan run on "low" all the time, shorting the
sender in the bottom of the radiator with the ignition on will make the
fan run on "high".
