The cars are immaculate when you get them. The paper records, if available
from the previous owner, are always given to the new owner. The people are
friendly and helpful. The web site is non-obtrusive enough so you can find
what you're looking for, typically with a plethora of pictures of the
vehicle.

For all of this, you'd expect to pay high prices, and you will. =)
