The Bentley manusla are specifically for the North American market,
though; with info for North American spec cars.  However, that is not
to say that they are useless for a Euro spec car.  On the contrary,
most of the content is probably useful, but you have to be mindful of
the NA-centric nature, when you fix things that are likely to be
different between the NA and Euro versions.

You can buy them new direct from Bentley or via many of the vendors on
the audifans vendors list; or you can look on eBay or somesuch for a used
one.  Sometimes one comes up for sale here on this list.
