out and go in at different points.

That reminds me.  European Precision http://www.euroselect.com 
is selling 100/200 front door skins for $75 each.  Of course, the 
thought crossed my mind about reskinning the doors and getting 
rid of the older style handles.  Are there any sources for rear door 
skins?

Or, is it better just to replace the whole doors, or car?
