Well, after weighing all the options...and the costs. I've decided what to do.

I'm not going to put in a rebuilt clutch.  I've heard too many stories about 
them this past week...better to go new.

For the extra $100 it's going to cost me for the 20V clutch, I'm going for it.  
I expect to machine the flywheel anyways...so the $80 for that I'm not counting 
in the upgrade.

Advantages of the 20V clutch?  Well, 270mm's over 240mm stock.  More friction 
more better...  

With the rallying I figure i'm putting a little more strain on the clutch 
then 'normal'. Thus, I think the upgrade might prove to help a little in the 
longetivity department.

So...monday the quattro goes in for the clutch.  Can't wait.  Got a 230km drive 
monday night!!
