2 piece exhaust manifold???

The 2-piece was fitted to the late model MC engines in the 200. It seems
they were usually fitted under warranty, and some have said that it
doesn't look like there were cars in the USA that came from the factory
with the 2-piece EMs fitted.
The split is between cylinders 3 and 4.

In the 3rd image you can see the crack at the turbo collector. It's the
light V-shaped mark between the 2 runners as they join at the turbo
flange. This crack seems to extend to the crack on the vanes of the
collector and you can just make this out on the last image as the fine
black lines spreading out from the bottom vane of the collector.
My digital camera has arrived, so I will be taking some more pics
sometime soon. I will be able to get pretty close.
