Next Project, Suspension '86 5ks

Well my next project is to get my sister's 5ks moving well on the road.
Right now she has wicked soft suspension, two blown rear shocks and the
fronts aren't too much better. I'll be doing the full overhaul, bushings
included, but I am wondering what I should do about springs.

She wants the car to deal with Cambridge/Boston potholes and cruddy
country drives, but would like to see some of that body roll disappear. Her
stock springs aren't sagging, the car sits really high. I am thinking
Bilsteins and H&R's from Shox.com, though I am also thinking about just the
Bilsteins and leaving the stock springs. Suggestions on how that would
fair? Eibach instead of H&R? Whatever is softer in the spring department.

Also any hints when doing the 5000s FWD suspension are appreciated, any
tricks? TIA!
