Larry, I've tried a lot of different pads in the G60's and my favorite for
street use is the Porterfield R4S. It works well in all temps, is gentle on
rotors, has decent fade resistance, dusts only a bit, and squeals only
occasionally under light initial application. It would probably work well
for autocross too, but not for extended hard track use.
One of the best race pads for the G60 is the Pagid Orange. But it is not
very streetable, somewhat hard on rotors, and very expensive. With
cryo-treated rotors, the Orange pads, and some homemade cooling ducts you'd
get probably the most out of the G60's possible.
btw, I would recommend either the R4S or the Pagid Blue pad for the rear
calipers - although a race pad, the Blue is durable and easy on rotors
