What Parts do I need off the 5000 Turbo Car for my 4000 to do the switcharoo!

I have found a 5000 Turbo Quattro here in lovely Traverse City MI that I may 
be able to obtain cheaply. The only catch is the engine has over 300,000 
miles on it so as good as these crazy Audi motors are I am not going to risk 
putting in the turbo motor in that car. But as for the rest of the parts 
that have to come off the 5k I was hoping someone could give me a detailed 
list.

P.S. any info on 4000 Turbo Quattros is of great interest to me
