P.S. does Lamborghini fit anywhere in this, hoped for, succession of VAG

Lamborghini never had a real racing history. Road cars were originally created by farm tractor manufacturer Mr. Lamborghini (can't recall his first name) to show up Ferrari. With some respects he finally succeeded with the Countach styled by Ghandi. His previous efforts ranged from exotic by not radical (the Miura, geeeorgeeous car!) to radical but not popular (Espada, Silhoette) and to the Hummer's sort of progenitor (LM002). With the current recognition of the Diablo, and it's replacement and less expensive underling due out shortly, Lambo probably doesn't need to start a racing tradition now. But, maybe in 3 years......
