Resealing a 5K A/C Compressor

OK, how about this:


1. Remove the refrigerant out of you system
2. Remove the lines that connect to the MFLD
3. Remove the manifold
4. Install new O-rings, preferably the green kind, don't forget to OIL the
rings!
5. Reinstall the MFLD
6. Install new O-rings on the lines, don't forget to oil the rings!
7. Reinstall the lines

Charge the system, preferably with also a charge of oil!

That is pretty much it! You can do it on the car, Please note a rebuilt
compressor (usually( does not come with a new MFLD!
