carfax?

It was  http://www.carfax.com/cfm/PromoPage1_New02.cfm     but the site now 
says the free promotional Carfax service has been discontinued.  You can 
sign up on their main website    http://www.carfax.com/     for individual 
car reports for $15 or for two months of unlimited numbers of reports for 
$20.  The "free" record check only tells you if Carfax has a record of the 
VIN you want to check.
