Is the Eurovan I5 the same as Audi's?

The reason I ask is that I have a '93 Eurovan with about 61k miles on
it. I'm assuming I should follow the same maintenance procedure as the
Audi I5 - i.e. change the timing belt, etc. right about now? Anything
else about this vehicle that I should start thinking about replacing in
the near future?

This used to be my local dealers shuttle van, and we picked it up last
fall with only 53K miles on it, so it was fairly well maintained up
until that point. My wife loves it, but I can think of many other cars I
would rather drive. This automatic needs to go!
