audionly/Peter Coulter

Anyone know what's going on with Peter Coulter over at Audionly?  I have a
unresolved issue and haven't been able to contact him or get an email
response.  I believe he's been tied up with a rather large lawsuit/trial
involving the government whcih may just be sucking all his time away, but he
did manage to get a car on ebay...although the auction was terminated.
