Frozen caliper bolts

HI guys,
I have my 89 100 up on jacks at the minute and I've run into a snag in
replacing the rotors. It seems like the caliper carrier bolts are
frozen. I've soaked them with WD-40 and pulled on them pretty good but
they are not moving. I don't have the car on a lift so I don't have much
room for leverage. I looks like these are the original rotors with
160,000 miles on it. Any suggestions for getting them off? I don't have
an impact wrench. I was thinking about using a butane torch on them but
afraid I'll catch something on fire with all the WD-40 so I am a bit
limited.
Any help is greatly appreciated
Thanks
Mike Williams
