Avants

My 89 200 wagon was sold today. I've started shopping around for another 
wagon. How reliable are A6s avants? How about the VW Passat wagons? I need 
something that's bulletproof and does not have the 'its-always-something' 
nature of the 200. No longer have time to chase after the cars.

I'd also be interested in swapping my 91 Lotus Elan for an a6 avant. Its 
worth about $20k, has 41k miles. I'd add $ to the equation for a newer car.

Any leads would also be appreciated. Any of you have a very clean low 
mileage avant for sale?
