1.  Blind bearing puller
2.  Big hammer, little chisel, lots of band-aids
3.  Pack the hole with a heavy grease, and hope you have a blunt object the 
exact size of the I.D. of the bearing, hit the object (punch, handle, 
extention, wood dowel) with a hammer, sometimes the force of the grease 
trying to get out will push the bearing out, not always, and very messy.
I'd try the hammer/chisel method.  If you have a dremmel or similar tool, 
you may be able to score the bushing first, to create a weak point for it to 
crack on.
