no clutch

Lately, I have been experiencing some odd behavior from the clutch
pedal in my 200Q. It wouldn't always return all the way when
released, but would stop about halfway up. i could pull it up easily
with my foot, and then it would have to be pumped once to restore
normal travel. And then today, it happened. I depressed the pedal,
and it went to the floor with unusually low resistance, and the
clutch was still engaged. Upon inspection, I found no obvious leaks,
there was plenty of fluid in the system, and the pedal, when pressed,
would stay in whatever position it was in. I tried bleeding the
system, got some old, nasty looking fluid out, and found that when
the bleeder screw was opened, the pedal would pull itself to the
floor. That's weird. I suspect that the master cylinder seals
have failed, and it's just not pushing fluid. Any thoughts, ideas,
or really cheap parts sources?
