no clutch

Lately, I have been experiencing some odd behavior from the clutch 
pedal in my 200Q.  It wouldn't always return all the way when 
released, but would stop about halfway up.  i could pull it up easily 
with my foot, and then it would have to be pumped once to restore 
normal travel.  And then today, it happened. I depressed the pedal, 
and it went to the floor with unusually low resistance, and the 
clutch was still engaged.  Upon inspection, I found no obvious leaks, 
there was plenty of fluid in the system, and the pedal, when pressed, 
would stay in whatever position it was in.  I tried bleeding the 
system, got some old, nasty looking fluid out, and found that when 
the bleeder screw was opened, the pedal would pull itself to the 
floor.  That's weird.    I suspect that the master cylinder seals 
have failed, and it's just not pushing fluid.  Any thoughts, ideas, 
or really cheap parts sources?
