SAMCO has 11 mm, 3 ply, silicone hose that is somewhere around $25 per metre 
from Demon Tweeks in the UK. Available in blue, red, yellow, green, purple, 
and black.
Not sure of a source in the USA but I'm sure there is one. Maybe Pegasus has 
them.
Do a web search on SAMCO and see what you find, they are a UK company.
Why not just use Aeroquip/Earls?
