[urq] Window Actuator Motors

I have a rather long document on cable repairs, Dennis.  Don't know who 
posted it, but it starts out saying you're better off using aircraft cables 
than bicycle cables and goes on for several pages.  Let me know, and I can 
either print 'n fax it to you or send as an e-mail attachment.
