Advice as follows...

Replace clutch and all associated parts.

Clutch slave, all transmission seals, rear main engine seal, resurface
flywheel, transmission fluid (depending when it was done last), transmission
mounts (depending on condition of old ones)

Most of these things you could probably get away with not doing, but the fact
that you are already there with the transmission out vs. labor to get there
again if one of these items fails should be taken into consideration. Also
the cost of some of these items are relatively cheap so that should be taken
into account as well. Lastly the overall condition of the car and do you
plan on keeping it will help you decide.

so the formula is: THICKNESS OF WALLET divided by COST OF NECESSARY PARTS
multiply by COST OF LABOR to the power of (COST OF LABOR TO GET AT THEM AGAIN
multiplied by COST OF OPTIONAL PARTS) = SAVINGS ACCOUNT

There is a whole different formula if you are doing the labor yourself.

THICKNESS OF WALLET divided by COST OF NECESSARY PARTS multiply by NUMBER
OF MECHANICALLY INCLINED FRIENDS to the power of YEARS KNOWN multiplied by
SUPPLYING FREE BEER AND PIZZA subtract GARAGE SPACE subtract FREE TIME to the
power of (COST OF LABOR TO GET AT THEM AGAIN multiplied by COST OF OPTIONAL
PARTS) = SANITY

Hope the first part of this response helps anyway...
