As often happens, WE understand more about the law
(mag. warranty act, etc, blah, blah)...

Just as WE often know more about audis than do the
dealers and even techs.

And I can't help but agree with your CANs, but it also
CAN turn into a slippery slope real fast.  

Getting into a dispute, legal or otherwise with AoA
(the people taking care of my car) does not sound
appealing.

Post 50k is my plan...
