Scott Hi,
I am the one initially supplying Tess with a positive comment about Slick
50.
Have used in on all my cars since 1983 (when I started driving) and has also
been used on most of the cars in my family (brother's, late father's and
sister's in law)
Never had a problem with. And most of the times have noticed smoother and
better running with improved economy. Both on new (after first running them
for approximately 10.000 kms) and second hand cars.
It is my personal experience with it and I still stand behind all my good
comments about it.
May be a snake oil or a reason to destroy an engine but has NOT happened
with any of the cars I have seen it being used.
Take care
Pantelis
P.S. I also have read the US Federal bureau case against it and if asked I
could testify for the company. No scientific data though.
P.P.S. militec and X-1R look interesting too.
