Let me be the first one to admit when I make a mistake
(usually it's my wife).   

I was questioning you guys about city lights.  Well, last 
night I checked my 99 VW Polo Classic and discovered it has
city lights!  I thought they were separate parking lights
but they are integrated into the headlights.
