90cq to 20v turbo???

I have been exploring other options, and came across an idea... i know that
90 Coupe quattros have a 20v NA motor in them, is it possible to just get a
200q20v's exhaust manifold and turbo and turn it into a 3B engine? also, is
it possible to get a 10v, and put a 20v head on it???
