CIS-E K-Jetronic applications in the US?

CIS-E was no longer used in Audis the late 80s and early 90s, at least
for the US market.  It is used in the mid 80s in the 84-87 4000S, 4000q,
Coupe GT and 1984-87 5000S (non-turbo).  The turbo 84-91 5000/200 10V cars
had plain CIS with proprietary electronic control (but not CIS-E).  The
later cars either got CIS-III or Motronic.
