You will be able to see the clips right off, (black in color just outboard
of the pump) maybe after you drain some fuel. Check the Bentley, There are
3, roughly triangularly spaced about the FP. The clips are made of plastic,
fairly large and oriented straight up and down. To release them, you gently
push the tab away from the pump, once disengaged, slightly lift that
"corner" of the pump mount to keep the clip disengaged, then repeat for
clips 2-3. Reinstall is easy as the pump mount will only align with the
correct holes, they appear, but are not symetrically spaced. Once correct
orientation is established just push the pump down to seat and check for
positive "clip in"

No, the screen is integral to the pump bottom, you will see it on the new
one maybe, or on the one you remove. I believe conventional wisdom is to
remove and let minor flotsam flow through pump and get trapped in filters
versus starving the pump.
Good Luck, it is an easier job than it may seem before hand.
