unknown brakes on V8, replacement?

I feel kinda sheepish, but here goes...

    When I bought the car this past January it had reciepts in the glove box, 
one of which was a reciept for new UFO rotors and pads in 2/98. I bought the 
car in the cold of winter, had the dealer check it out, nothing mechanicaly 
wrong with the brakes so I didn't check them out any further. Lately my Brake 
light has been flashing so I took the chance yesterday during a warm sunny 
afternoon to poke, prod and inspect. I was both happy and disturbed to find 
that I don't have the UFO brake setup on my V8. The Audi dealer said there 
was no history of brake work on file for my chassis number. So the brakes 
must have been done by a local shop......How do I recognize the G60 brake 
setup? This would be the next logical setup if they're not UFO's right?
