'88 5KSQ Accelerator Linkage Problem

Yes--it's likely the cc linkage/bushing. Word of warning--in its current 
condition if you continue to force the pedal, it will break your accel. 
cable, rendering your car undrivable. I had this problem out in the Mojave 
that left me stranded. Get if fixed asap. It's very cheap.
